I wanted to review this business because the staff here were the nicest I've seen in a while. Our server was sweet as pie! I got a steak sandwich and fries, which was pretty big and I couldn't finish it. Prices were definitely affordable as well. Being out of town, it's always a risk dining at local establishments that I did not select, but I was pleasantly satisfied. And the old fashioned (although not smoked) was also one of the best I've had in awhile. Would recommend you try it if you are passing through.

Had driven by here more times that I could count and finally made it a point to come and check it out and it did not disappoint! Very friendly staff was quick to accommodate us and take our order, we were torn between the Rosemary chicken skewers or the Vidalia Onion 🧄so our server said that the most popular ones are either that or the giant pretzel 🥨 and boy was it delicious! Definitely a perfect pairing with the well seasoned French bread. I had the Acapulco Burger 🍔 which is tastier than what it looks like (very tasty meat) and the fries were crispy and well seasoned as well. The music was all early aughts which felt awesome! Yay Paramore, Nickelback and others 🎶

Went for first time at lunch on a Friday. Service was quick and friendly . We both had burgers. The Black and Bleu burger and Swiss Mushroom burger were awesome. Cooked to our liking! Medium rare! So many places over- cook their burgers and can't get them the way we like. They were big potions and nice and juicy. Highly recommend this place. Side salad was nice combination of greens and veggies with house made dressings.

I can’t say enough nice things about Public House 28!! The food was AMAZING…. The ambiance was really nice…. The owner was super friendly and he’s definitely running a great eatery! Go check it out!!! 😃

So I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom was a little dirty but it was mid day so that could be why. Plus it was right before a wing eating contest. If the bathroom one of been a little bit better I probably would have given it five stars the food was great the people were nice and I happened to pick this place out of many when we were in the area right when they were having a contest which meant that they were more busy than normal but we didn't have to wait long for food or anything.

I am such a fan of this place - my favorite menu item is the house wings. The seasoning is truly amazing! Service is excellent, our server Jasmine is the best! I highly recommend this place for wings!

Pub chili was great! Service was wildly disappointing--kind server, but she was just not on top of things. Me and a few other of my guests waited over 30 mins just for fries (she says the kitchen was backed up, but more likely that she forgot to put the order in).

I enjoyed my meal greatly! Jodie did his thing with the french toast and southwest omelet (I got my omelet with black bean patty not chicken). I enjoyed every bite, I also substituted my side with tater tots. This was my first time coming here on a Saturday for brunch and the food was pretty good, the atmosphere was chill, and our waiter Duke was pretty attentive. I might make this my go to brunch spot...
